When transporting goods across international borders, shipments might be subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs and/or other relevant authority in the destination country. Such taxes, import duties and/or fees, are Customer's responsibility and shall be solely born by the Customer.
Tracking numbers (if available) are assigned to packages upon shipping from our distribution center. You can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. While your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 24 hours.
If you have chosen to ship to multiple shipping addresses, or if your order contains items that are shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. Depending on when each shipment leaves our distribution center, these tracking numbers may arrive in separate shipment confirmation emails.
